Richard Jalichandra
President & Chief Executive Officer
Richard is a veteran Internet executive whose media experience includes leadership roles across the media spectrum: as a client, at an agency, as a publisher, and with an advertising network. As CEO of Technorati, he oversaw the acquisitions of BlogCritics.org and the AdEngage self serve advertising platform and the launch of Technorati Media. Most recently, he worked as an M&A and strategy consultant for several Internet properties and investment firms, and also served as SVP of Corporate Development for Exponential Interactive, Tribal Fusion's parent company. Previously, he was SVP of Business Development for Fox Interactive Media, and was the Vice President of Business & Corporate Development at IGN Entertainment (acquired by Fox Interactive), where he led the company's M&A, business development and international activities. Before joining IGN, Richard led national accounts sales at Lycos, was Vice President of Business Development at Neopost Online, served as Senior Vice President/Managing Director of Answerthink, and founded K23 Creative Services in Singapore. His early career included management roles for Ford, IBM and Siemens, and he has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Shani Higgins
Vice President and General Manager, Media
As VP and GM of Media at Technorati, Shani Higgins runs advertising sales, business development and the Technorati Media advertising network. Under Shani’s leadership, Technorati’s network was launched in June of 2008 and has become the largest social media advertising network, with more than 400 sites and 108 million monthly visitors. Prior to joining Technorati, Shani served as both the Director of Partner Services and the Director of Commerce Market Development for Infoseek/GO Network starting in 1996, where she helped grow Infoseek's multimillion dollar marketing agreements from $30+ million in 1998 to $70+ million in 1999. She then served as VP of Business Development for SmartPlanet (Ziff Davis), and consequently as a Venture Capitalist for Benedek Investment Group in New York, NY. Most recently, she operated as VP of Business Development at Tacit Software Inc, before joining Technorati. Shani earned her BA-Communication (with Art History and Economics minors) from Rutgers University.
Jennifer McLean
Vice President of Marketing
Jennifer McLean joined Technorati to head up the company's marketing and communications efforts. Previously, Jennifer held positions with Glam Media and Double Fusion, a videogame advertising network, where she ran marketing, public relations, developed in-game programs for national advertisers and launched Double Fusion's In-Game Advertising Summit event series and In-Game Advertising Effectiveness research. As Director of Marketing for IGN Entertainment/Fox Interactive Media, Jennifer was responsible for marketing, public relations, events and tradeshows, strategic partnerships and custom client promotions. At CMP media, Jennifer handled marketing and public relations, for the Game Developers Conference, GDC Mobile, the Independent Games Festival, and Gamasutra.com. Jennifer received her bachelor of fine arts degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Dave White
Vice President of Publishing
Dave joins Technorati with over ten years experience in online publishing and web development, with expertise in consumer-centric web applications and social media. Prior to joining Technorati, Dave led the Community Publishing Group of IGN Entertainment, a division of FOX Interactive Media, where he was responsible for the Vault and Planet Networks, TeamXbox.com, Voodoo Extreme. Dave and his team also pioneered the IGN "World" sites: Smash Bros World and GTA ‘Hood. Before IGN, Dave developed websites for companies including Intuit and Military.com. He is also an expert on video gamer communities and has written extensively about massively multiplayer games, appearing in Computer Gaming World Magazine, IGN.com, and The EverQuest Manual. He has a B.A. in Political Economy from Tulane University and an M.S.E. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
